      • Review the Public Meetings Law Grievance submitted by Daniel Ruise on June 10,

      • Review and discuss the proposed written response prepared for consideration by the

        City Council    

      • Consider any amendments to the proposed response 

      • Consider future Public Meetings Law training and procedural improvements as

         appropriate  

2.2 Consideration and Approval of Written Response to Public Meetings Law Grievance The City Council will consider taking the following actions: 

      • Motion to approve, approve with amendments, or reject the proposed written 

        response to the June 10, 2026 Public Meetings Law Grievance  

      • If approved, authorize the Mayor to sign and transmit the Council approved written

        response on behalf of the Rufus City Council to: 

               o Councilor Daniel Ruise  

               o Oregon Government Ethics Commission (OGEC)
