 Mid Columbia Producers, Inc. (MCP) is a farmer-owned cooperative formed in 1988 when two neighboring co-ops were merged, combining operations dating back to the 1930s.  In 2014 MCP was proud to bring Bend Oil Company, founded in 1927, into our operations.  The end of 2016 saw the addition of our Umatilla County fuel division, including cardlock, bobtail, and lubricants.

 MCP’s Grain Division operates numerous grain facilities in Sherman, Wasco, Gilliam, Morrow, Klickitat and Jefferson Counties, warehousing grain products from Northern Oregon, Central Oregon, and Washington that are ultimately utilized domestically and worldwide.  We offer our producers an array of storage and marketing tools, creating opportunities to help maximize their profits.  We have the ability to purchase your grain through other locations.  Please contact our grain department to learn more.   

The Seed Division markets and sources seed from as far north as the Canadian border to as far south as California.  We offer unique contracting options, helping producers better manage their bottom line.  MCP offers a wide range of wheat, barley and forage seed in many varieties to cover producer’s needs.  (Our farm store can help with any grass seed needs.)

Our park is a nice oasis with large trees and a large community grass area to enjoy. We have brand new washrooms with beautiful tile and showers. We have a laundromat onsite for your convenience. We have a park area and over 60 sites. We are right in the small town of Rufus just off the Columbia River and I-84. There are lots of recreational activities in the area, tons of fishing on the Columbia and Deschutes rivers, hiking, biking, kiting and windsurfing.  

Daily Rates

We are open to recreational RV stays. You may make a reservation online one day prior to your stay, or this time of year just stop by and self register at our office for any available site. All sites have water, electricity and sewer.

We have RV sites that you can reserve on a daily basis for $50.00 a night, plus a $10 reservation fee. Extra vehicles are $5.00 a night. All sites have electricity, water, sewer and free WiFi. We generally have sites for travelers and we are located just off of I-84. We are quick and convenient. 

Weekly Rates

We have weekly RV sites for $280.00, plus $10 reservation fee. Extra vehicles are $35.00 a week. With our weekly rate get the last night free. Most sites are pull-thru and all have electricity, water, sewer and free WiFi.

Monthly Rates

We have Residential monthly RV sites available for $600.00, plus $10 reservation fee and $300 refundable deposit. Electicity is metered at electric rate KWH plus $10 community electricity fee. Water, sewer and Wifi are also included at no additional charge. We also have a laundromat onsite and beautiful restrooms with showers for your convenience.
